10 Ton Air-cooled Chiller (Portable)
In chiller language the term “portable” refers to a chiller containing a refrigeration circuit along with a tank, pump, and evaporator built within the same frame. The term does not mean mobile. In fact, once a chiller is installed it is very rarely ever moved.
The portable 10 Ton model VCS10 -air-cooled water chiller includes a scroll compressor using R410A or R-22 refrigerant. The refrigerant is a non-depleting ozone gas and is considered environmentally friendly. The evaporator, centrifugal pump, tank, and flow safety switch are non-ferrous metals such as stainless steel, copper, and bronze. With normal preventive maintenance this chiller will lasts for many years.
